Consider this……

  1. REPUTATION – Research experiences that other customers have had by viewing Google reviews, Facebook reviews, and BBB rating.
  2. LABOR WARRANTY – Confirm warranty coverage terms, the length of coverage offered and any costs associated with future service needs.
  3. VALUE – What steps are involved in the installation process? Is there a maintenance plan included with the installation?

  1. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY – What is the length of the parts warranty, do they offer whole unit replacement, and is the warranty transferable?
  2. EFFICIENCY RATING – The “SEER” rating will determine how efficient the system is. The higher the “SEER” rating the more efficient the system will operate.
  3. FEATURES – Important features include overall look and design, size, sound levels during operation, and how well the equipment is protected from corrosive environments

We offer proprietary steps in duct sealing and duct system installation!

Air Duct Sealing- We seal and insulate flex duct connections with a proprietary expanding foam. It offers an insulation R-value of 4.5 per 1″ of thickness. It is nontoxic, fire rated and provides a permanent seal. The average contractor only uses mastic to seal duct connections, which offers no insulation. See the comparison below of sealing duct connections with mastic alone vs our expanding foam.

We Don’t Recommend purchasing an Air Conditioning system because of its Brand Name!

The reason we offer several brands when estimating a new air conditioning system installation is: We believe in promoting Climate Experts Air and Heat, not the manufacturer brand. In our opinion, the relationship is between us and the customer not the customer and the brand. When there’s an issue we are “on our customers side” not the manufacturers side.

We install Daikin, York, Rheem, American Standard, Bryant, Mitsubishi, and several other brands. We choose these brands carefully based on equipment that can hold up to the Florida heat and salt air on our coast.

All third-party industry experts say the most important part of the equation for the consumer is how the system is installed. Choosing the right company and assuring the unit is installed correctly is more important than the brand, efficiency, price, or model.

Even the highest quality and most expensive equipment can be the wrong choice if not installed correctly. So, if you’re trying to decide between one of the major HVAC manufacturer brands you should be asking yourself, Company A vs. Company B!

Ask yourself the following when selecting the right HVAC Company:

Which Company….

  • Completed a more thorough evaluation of my home?
  • Performed a load calculation, checked square footage, measurements, breaker sizing?
  • Inspected my ductwork and insulation?
  • Included a more detailed “scope of work” in the estimate?
  • Has a better reputation with the BBB, Google, Facebook etc.?
