  Maintenance Value Plan (MVP) Terms & Conditions
  
  The MVP benefits begin on the date of purchase and will continue monthly.
  
  The customer understands the MVP membership fee is automatically charged monthly to the credit card provided at the time of plan purchase. The plan continues until canceled by the customer. (See cancelation policy for additional terms)
  
  Additional MVP Plans may be purchased to cover multiple units. A $10 discount will be given off each additional plan if purchased together. The multiple unit discount applies only when all systems are located at the same address.
  
  MVP Membership must remain in good standing for plan member benefits to apply
  
  Declined automatic credit card monthly payments may result in the MVP plan being canceled. Any remaining benefits become void at that time. Notification will be provided on declined charges and customers will be able to provide the updated card information to keep their plan current within 3 business days of the declined payment notification. Climate Experts reserves the right to cancel MVP plans that are not in current standing due to a failed payment.
  Upon approval of the MVP plan, the First Tune-up is eligible at 6 months from the original start date. Tune-ups are scheduled during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday between 9 am & 5 pm EST. Any additional tune-ups requested will be at the standard tune-up price.
  
  Diagnostic fee of $99 applies for MVP members in need of a service call. Diagnostic fee will be credited towards the repair when work is completed within 30 days of the initial service call.
  
  Priority Response Time Definition Platinum MVP Members will be scheduled within 24 hours of the service call being received. This applies during *normal business hours.
  
  Gold MVP Members will be scheduled for the first available appointment during *normal business hours.
  
  *For service requests outside of normal business hours an emergency service rate will apply. This includes but is not limited to Sundays or major
  
  Platinum Plan Loyalty Reward Credits are available to Members after 12 months of consecutive payments have been made and may be used for qualified purchases.
  
  Accrued Loyalty Reward Credits are redeemable for active Platinum MVP plans only. Credits are not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be applied towards MVP plan payments. No cash value applies. Loyalty Reward Credits apply towards a purchase of a new AC system, replacement ductwork installation, blown-in insulation, accessories and qualified repairs. *Replacement filters and monthly plan fees are not applicable for accrued Loyalty Reward Credits. These services are available at an additional cost. *Ask your tech or call our office to learn more about our filter subscription plans.
  
  MVP Plan Cancellation Policy: Customers must contact Climate Experts via phone with a verbal request to cancel their existing membership plan. Cancellation requests must be submitted 15 days prior to the next automatic scheduled payment date. Once the cancellation has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent for your records.
