Lex arrived at Climate Experts with 10+ years of customer service as well as 5+ years of experience in the trades. Since Lex began working at the age of 16, he's had a variety of different jobs working in gyms, restaurants, and the trades.

Growing up in Connecticut Lex learned what working hard truly meant. From the age of 4, until he was 12, he watched his parents work from 6 am-6 pm. Realizing his parents worked so hard to get where they wanted to be, always motivated to do the same!

Starting out as a laborer at 21, he knew he didn't want to work a job with little room for growth forever. After a few years, Lex decided to try and make it in the electrical landscape working as an apprentice, it didn't take him long to realize the revolving door that is commercial electrical work wasn't fitting for him. However, it did open his eyes to starting a career in HVAC.
