Kacey has 6 years of customer service and management experience and 1 year of Dispatching experience previous to joining the Climate Experts team. She got into the Hvac business to start her career.  Kacey was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Florida when she was 12 years old. In her free time she enjoys having movie nights at home or enjoys trips to waterparks with her family.
