Krystal joined Climate Experts as an office Admin/CSR was quickly moved to Senior Dispatcher and has since been promoted to Financial Coordinator. She started working in the customer service field in 2007, first at an appliance manufacturer than with a major airline company. In all her years in customer service, she has always strived to bring 100% to the work she does. By thinking like a customer, her first goal is to make sure they are heard and any issues are assessed properly. She also likes to build relationships with fellow employees by keeping open lines of communication with the technicians to find out what they know and how she can best assist them in their daily tasks.
Krystal believes that the strongest companies are those in which employees feel connected – to each other and their work. Working for Climate Experts proves that to her every single day. Her high energy and passion come from growing up and living in Miami, FL where she and her husband liked to enjoy the local Cuban cuisine. Now, they reside with their two little boys in West Melbourne. Raising their children has helped them understand their true purpose in life.
