Robyn comes to Climate Experts with over 30 years of Customer Service and Sales Experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail and healthcare. She has owned and operated two businesses, one as a Wedding Photographer of which she started at 21 years old. Following the Photography business, she and her husband opened a Marine & Fishing Retail Store which grew quickly to be a Boat Dealership and repair shop as well. They successfully operated the business for 10 years. Over the years their teenage children worked in the family business, where they were taught at a young age the value of hard work and dedication. To this day, they carry that with them in their adult life.
After spending most of her life in Massachusetts, and raising their 3 children, in 2012 she & her husband moved to Denver Colorado due to his employment relocation. There, she became a Studio Operations Manager for a Massage Studio, overseeing the daily operations of the business, focusing on Client Satisfaction and managing a team of over 20 staff members.
With a lifelong dream of moving to Florida, in 2017 Robyn and her husband finally relocated, settling in the Melbourne area. In 2019 Robyn joined the Climate Experts Team as our Office Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction and team growth.
Within 12 months of settling into the Florida way of life, all 3 of her children, their spouses and her 3 grandchildren relocated as well, bringing the family back together. Since arriving, another grandchild has joined the family, and she couldn’t be happier watching them grow up.
Weekends are a chance to enjoy the things she loves which include, spending time with her family and friends, taking walks on the beach, camping, going to Disney, rides on the motorcycle or in their antique car and taking her camera along to capture those moments.
Robyn’s philosophy is: “every customer deserves my time, I have found when you listen and take good care of your customers, relationships have the opportunity to flourish into lifelong success for everyone involved”.
